Facilitating and supporting the management of Municipal Boundary matters and all processes and procedures related to the Local Government Electoral process.

COUNCILLOR OVERSIGHT

Enhancing the Municipal Control Environment by introducing innovative and effective mechanisms to improve Councillor Oversight over the Municipal Executive and Administrative components, including effective performance of Roles and Responsibilities of MPAC, Internal Audit and the Audit Committee.

MUNICIPAL RESCUE PRACTITIONER

To avoid the need for formal Constitutional Interventions by Provincial Government S’Khokho is well resourced to perform the services of a Municipal Rescue Practitioner. This function includes serving as an Administrator or other support resource to a municipality during formal municipal interventions in terms of Section 139 of the Constitution.

CONTROL ENVIRONMENT

S’Khokho LG is positioned to undertake an integrated internal audit approach to provide quality deliverables. The methodology is derived from accepted internal audit, risk management and anti- fraud and corruption strategies and frameworks. The methodology is aimed at improving the overall control environment, resulting in quality financial reporting, reliable supporting documentation and performance information and an environment which is not tolerant to fraud and corruption.
